Do you know the best way to build trust with your customers other than speaking to them in person or by phone? If you do, great! If you don't, then know that branding to your customers is the best way to gain trust. Have you noticed that everywhere you look you see McDonald's selling to you? You already know who they are, but they still have commercials, social media pages, and even an app that sends you notifications on your phone. They also email you.
They do this because they know the more they are reaching out to the world, the more people will buy from them. They have done this since they went into business. So why do are you not doing the same? It's proven, and it works.
Collecting contact information from potential clients needs to be your priority. Once you collect their name, email address, and phone number, you should be sending them literature about your services. Sending many emails giving them a reason to sign up for your services is one of the things we do to make sure we get our clients new customers to call or visit their businesses.
